Wow 7 consecutive BTC block of control by Foundry USA.
Foundry mined 7 blocks in a row, leading to a quick blockchain reorg vs Antpool and ViaBTC. Possible example of selfish mining.
One of the major downsides of Bitcoin are chain reorganizations. No final settlement technically. The XRP Ledger has no reorg attack vectors and actual final settlement.

Though still, a fraction of transactions paid 100k drops which is pretty high tbh.

Oh yea lots of transactions between 1am UTC and 9am UTC.
The XRPL consensus handled it flawlessly, no gaps, consistent closing and the fee escalation worked as intended.
There was such intense arbitrage battle that 2 accounts paid multiple times between 100-230 xrp just in fees to get into the next ledger.

Iran is probably the largest sovereign Bitcoin miner in the world.
It could be a big part of their internal sovereign wealth fund when they get sanctions relief.
It is, and will likely continue to be a major player.
NOTE - It is illegal to transact with a sanctioned country and has severe consequences.
