@BiasedHouston here is the problem with the mvp, they always tend to give it to the best player. if the MVP was what it actually meant, it would go to the most valuable player. with that being said, russ was the player in 2017 bc without him, they would have been 14th in the season.

I don’t really care which MVP you think James deserves, but he deserves one of them. The inconsistent criteria for the award cost him being a 2x MVP.

People phrasing it like the league/Bulls are punishing Jaden Ivey for believing in Jesus are being dense on purpose. Jaden Ivey was already one step out of the league when he got sent to NBA purgatory in Chicago. The Bulls had to ask themselves was the player they were most likely going to let walk in FA worth all the trouble he was causing (being openly anti-LGBTQ, harassing reporters, etc.,), and the answer to the question was no. It has nothing to do with him believing in Jesus. His own family has left him, he needs help.
