Ottawa has no idea if its gun grab will make Canadians safer. The CTF asked Public Safety for “all analysis from the department on the efficacy of the assault style firearms compensation program and its effect on crime rates/public safety.” The department advised that “no information related to your request exists.” The feds should scrap this program instead of wasting potentially billions on something that won't work. taxpayer.com/newsroom/ottaw…

No government should be allowed to hike taxes without asking taxpayers first in a referendum. And if politicians try to bypass that referendum, they should have their pay cut. Premier Wab Kinew needs to support this taxpayer protection legislation to prove to Manitobans that he won't hike taxes again.

Premier Doug Ford needs to return the private jet be bought with taxpayer dollars. The government is in nearly a half trillion dollars of debt but Ford is still billing us for a $28.9 million jet. Completely unacceptable.
