@VirginTrainsOn Thursday 23/12 @3pm, I departed London Euston train station bound for Manchester Piccadilly.
The train was delayed by over 30 minutes therefore illegible for a delay and repay refund.
HOWEVER I Virgin wrote back telling me that the train was 4 minutes late!
