We are excited to announce and showcase Missouri's School Finder, developed in partnership with Education Strategy Consulting (Ben Sayeski Aileen Philbrick) (link below, the "School Finder" tab on the mocharterschools.org website, under "Schools"). Here is the deal: showing data is really hard; showing the school options that families and students have, or could have, by grade, by distance from home, and by a variety of other factors, is exceptionally hard. Most data and information is not accessible. For years, the Missouri Charter Public School Association has had a feature on our website for families, constituents, schools, and community members to find their public charter school options. This new School Finder goes many steps further: it allows anyone, regardless of if they are in a locality with a current public charter school or not, to see what public school options they have. Check it out and share with your networks - we think it is pretty great!
