During Chapter 2 Season 8 the water level at The Grotto began to lower causing theories that it would return! To support thr theory a location resembling The Grotto (underground facility with circular exit) could be seen in Kor's loading screen! The Grotto sadly never returned.

As of v40.00, Icy Feet has broken again, and now expires instantly upon stepping off the ice. This was an issue in v39.11 and was fixed after, so not sure what happened here.
