@Conservatives The No Shame Hypocrite of the year award goes to the Conservatives who cut our defences to the bone then grumble that Labour didn't build a new army, navy and air force in 12 months.

@MikeClarkeSnr It will certainly make motorcyclists safer from head on collisions with Americans on the wrong side of the road.

@FreespeechShell Taking advice from JD Fucking Vance was not on my to do list today.

Wrong choice
Approve Rosebank & Jackdaw instead
No one wants these solar farms on food producing farmland
Ed Miliband@Ed_Miliband
1/ Today as we approve Springwell Solar farm, set to be the UK’s largest approved power‑producing solar farm, @NESO have confirmed a new solar record, with over 14.4GW of clean power generated at the peak. independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-n…

@TiceRichard @reformparty_uk Decision should be made by UK taxpayers so I guess that's not you.
English

Disgraceful appalling decision
We @reformparty_uk will do our best to stop this being built or connected

@bhatti_saqib There are important things going on in the world too.

The kind of EU madness we had left behind but now Starmer is determined to take us back to.
Apart from the bureaucratic nonsense Starmer is signing us up to such changes will impose real costs on businesses who will have to relabel their products.
This is just the beginning.

@DeborahMeaden Right wing media and politicians grasp at any and every straw to try to have a dig at Kier Starmer. they will be telling us next that marmalade should only be made with British grown oranges and lemons.

@BenGrahamUK If the "special relationship" means Trump can treat the UK like he did that 13 year old girl, I am glad it is dead.

@MikeNew19512115 USA is now at the "find out" stage of "fuck about and find out".

@BarakRavid Trump's plan all along, the plan Putin gave him, was to fuck up western economies. Putin will be very pleased with his orange paedo lapdog.

🚨🚨Trump on Truth Social: All of those countries that can’t get jet fuel because of the Strait of Hormuz, like the United Kingdom, which refused to get involved in the decapitation of Iran, I have a suggestion for you: Number 1, buy from the U.S., we have plenty, and Number 2, build up some delayed courage, go to the Strait, and just TAKE IT. You’ll have to start learning how to fight for yourself, the U.S.A. won’t be there to help you anymore, just like you weren’t there for us. Iran has been, essentially, decimated. The hard part is done. Go get your own oil!
English

@jagojay1 @TiceRichard Not exactly as I would have said it, but better.
English

@TiceRichard What? You dodge over half a million in taxes. Nathan Gill is a good chum of yours, whom you knew was taking bribes from Russia. All in all, you are a 2 faced hypocrite, tax cheat and a bare faced liar. Miliband has more integrity in his big toe than a con man like you #FuckReform

Miliband is a con man
Net Zero Watch@NetZeroWatch
“The Energy Secretary has told officials to classify electricity imported from abroad as ‘zero carbon’... Miliband’s wilful doublethink shows he is perfectly happy to sacrifice British industry for his Net Zero dream while paying vast sums to import less-clean energy from elsewhere.” @TheSun

@drdavidbull Reform won't charge you but the private health insurance people will.

@KemiBadenoch With a world crisis going on, do you think engaging in grown up politics might be better than this school kid point scoring thing?
English

@KemiBadenoch ...and in the 14 years you were in government you did what for energy security? The public have a longer memory than Tory politicians.
English

@SoggyMoggy50 Right wing gaslighting, repeat a lie often enough and people start believing it.
English

How many times does it need to be explained to BBC “journalists” that *WE* don’t own the produce of the North Sea fields? When will they understand that Thatcher gave it to private companies who trade it on international markets?
What is the point of a BBC “journalist”? #r4today

@MrsNickyClark So important. Thank you for sharing. I refuse to dye my grey hair...I wear v little name up... Good luck with your health challenges

Margaret Rutherford (L) and Agatha Christie (R) on the set of the 1961 filming of MGM’s “Murder She Said”.
Rutherford was 69 and Christie 71. The notable part of this photo for me is that both women were leading in their field and Rutherford was leading on screen.
She was allowed to be older to look older and still be visible and laudable.
The reason I launched my #actingyouragecampaign in 2018 was because this is no longer the case for women on screen.
I don’t think there are any women over 50 on U.K. TV as presenters with naturally grey hair, any more.
I regularly see influencers praising how young, older women look and praising the cosmetic surgery they’ve had done.
Older faces are deemed failed faces on women. It’s getting worse.
There is an entire generation of women who’ve been erased and the criticism lands squarely on the shoulders of women like me who are asking for a range of representations of women onscreen.
This has to extend to visibly ageing women.
Chemically modifying our faces and follicles carries significant risks. The cumulative mental health cost is unquantifiable to younger and older women.
Meanwhile the profits roll in for the companies making money from manufactured misery.
My brother died when he was 17 and I was 12 so I know ageing is a privilege.
I survived a heart attack last year and I’m facing a brand new and unrelated health challenge which I didn’t see coming.
Life is so precious. The least important aspect of life is how we look and as women were so much more. Why are we complying with a narrative which asks us to prioritise the least interesting thing about us.

@gerryoliver1 We don't have any oil and gas, Thatcher and the Conservatives sold it off cheaply to their mates. Obv' you already know that, but any opportunity to stir the shite eh!
