I'm currently searching for principal/lead engineering positions. I'm interested in highly collaborative environments and prefer full stack positions. I've recently been studying Rust heavily and have a lot of experience in Angular/.NET. Would appreciate retweets for reach.

@allenholub @gerbyzation @mikebrow @jtylerwarren Hi! One mob I worked in we deployed to production at least 2 times a day, with no bug reports from production for a streak of 1.5 years. Of our currently active 7 mobs, most mobs go months without a production bug report. We do not keep a bug database they are just top priority.

@cm_stead Hi Chris! Inspect and adapt should follow right after so it shouldn’t matter much which pattern was used first.

@DexterBaga Hey Dex! Agreed. If people start by watching the Hunter video they are likely to navigate, then drive.

I honestly don't understand why the default in mob programming is navigate, then drive. That's stepping down in engagement. I prefer drive, then navigate. Step 1 re-engage with the code, step 2 re-engage with the higher-level solution.

Small, discrete commits. It’s automatic to me so not really wondered why I do this but the need to revert just reminded me why it’s good to do this.

@ChristophLucian It looks like the mob visited the water test room, where a sprinkler head profile is tested such as water distribution - test if water is evenly distributed by measuring the amount of water captured by the cups.

buff.ly/3nz1zXq Thinking of trying #MobProgramming? Get there incrementally and experiment in self organizing teams. If you can't do that and you need a cost benefit analysis, maybe this tool can help!

@mob__mentality My default approach is this - I don't know if it is going to be better for the team (context), but let's try it. To mob or not to mob, time to vote.

@f2_107 @mob__mentality … to be clear: There are no rules. #MobProgramming isn’t a set of techniques we simply follow. It is a much bigger idea: Let’s commit to finding ways to work together well - to “turn up the good” on collaboration. There is no “right way”, there are no “best practices”. Thanks!
