Of our currently active 7 mobs, most mobs go months without a production bug report. We do not keep a bug database they are just top priority.

I honestly don't understand why the default in mob programming is navigate, then drive. That's stepping down in engagement. I prefer drive, then navigate. Step 1 re-engage with the code, step 2 re-engage with the higher-level solution.

Small, discrete commits. It’s automatic to me so not really wondered why I do this but the need to revert just reminded me why it’s good to do this.
