Boating is not a luxury in South Carolina. It’s a way of life. Our No Tax on Boat Loan Interest Act extends the above-the-line loan interest deduction for cars to boats, allowing American families to deduct up to $10,000 annually in boat loan interest on American-made boats. More affordable boats mean more families recreating on the water, more marine manufacturing jobs in South Carolina, and more investment in an industry already generating billions in economic impact. @davepl1968 Depends on the criticality of the code. But IMO this either or question should-be an ‘and’ thing not a ‘or’ thing. Write the tests, review the code. Faith in black boxes only works if your test buckets are perfect. Which is not reality.

I don't debug AI slop.
I have a crisp and extensive set of unit tests that I use to define "it works". If the code passes those tests, it's a black box that does what I need.
Debugging thousands of lines of AI code takes longer than it would to write it in the first place! It's not practical.

genuine question. how do you debug code and ensure good quality when coding models spit out 1000s of lines i still cannot feel comfortable not understanding what every generated line does, reducing the productivity gains coding models should be giving me
