- So much less pain when I woke up.
-Made baked organic Mary's chicken liver in butter, humane organic bacon and cage free organic scrambled eggs for breakfast.
Absolutely yummy and surprisingly inexpensive.
Fed two for under $10.

@MFive85 @CarnivoreSapien Wrong. Keto diets have shown to have the highest cholesterol levels of any diet, and the onset is faster than any other diet. No study needed when doctors are seeing high ldl levels and high blood pressure after people start these diets. Never used webmd for anything

@TheAlexisKraft Taking melatonin is the worst choice. You'll become dependent on it and your body will stop producing it naturally. I recommend daily exercise, sleep noise like a fan or white noise, and no screens in bed, prevent stimulation. cutting meat/dairy helped me sleep better.

@MFive85 @CarnivoreSapien Aside from the osteoporosis and/or risk of heart disease because of plaque build up. I would look at the data from the research done before making claims such as tears causing clogs. A small build can break free and cause heart attacks, stroke, loss of limbs.

@Dfdkcllc @CarnivoreSapien The tears in arteries is what the cholesterol gets clogged in. A healthy artery can process a hell of a lot more cholesterol than modern medicine thinks.

@MFive85 @CarnivoreSapien Arteries get clogged because of the amount of cholesterol in an animal protein rich diet. Also meat is acid and it raises the bloods ph levels to the point that the body leaches from the bones to balance the ph. #1 reason for osteoporosis in America.
