Final LYING technian was from @HomeserveRepair and he said that he has reported the issue but in fact he put it is fixed and customer was happy. Took multiple photos but never showed problem was fixed. This is service standards in the UK down to a T. Absolute disgrace

@OfficialFV worst customer service. Received faulty chairs with a dining table set and have had 3 technicians come to fix it. Fault never fixed and not heard anything back. Called today and latest technicians report says problem was sorted and whole process has to start again....

@OfficialFV Update. We have now been asked to get a spirit level to prove our floor is not uneven. When the table and one other chair have no issue and sit flat, they are now questioning our floor. We've been asked to send photos of the level next to the wonky chairs. This is beyond a joke
