@OfficialFV apparently Furniture Village doesn't have a complaint procedure. I can't believe that this is the case. I have been waiting for the final item of my order since February, and no-one can tell me where it is! Please advise how I can raise a complaint.

@OfficialFV Recently purchased a dinning set in store. I wanted to change my order after a week. Furniture Warehouse wants to charge my 25 percent fee! What about my consumer rights. Consumers cannot be legally bound by hidden or unfair "small print." Consumer Rights Act 2015.

@OfficialFV new mattress smells horrendous, supplier suggested opening the window, which of course did not work. Now being ignored. Distressing as my house is beginning to smell and there is very little we can do. Furniture Village refer back to supplier and provide no help

@OfficialFV And just like that, delivery cancelled 24 hours before and rearranged for a none working day so got to stay in all day again

@OfficialFV Your customer service is awful and delivery service is even worse. Order placed on table and chairs March 12th, officially put through on March 13th. Table and Chairs due 2 weeks later Sofa 8-10 weeks later Sold my dining table and chairs in a hurry for peanuts.
