@OfficialFV 2-seater sofa didn’t fit through standard door. Turns out it's a 30x per wk situation - they refer you to a guy to chop/reassemble. They should make you measure properly instead of skating over it, so you can miss out on the lost delivery cost and go straight to said guy.

@OfficialFV No need, the store will be refunding me the £30 paid for 4 small plastic discs that probably have a cost of around 40p. The delivery guys were fine, really good actually but let themselves down by not asking me to sign and deciding to do it for me.
