@OfficialFV apparently Furniture Village doesn't have a complaint procedure. I can't believe that this is the case. I have been waiting for the final item of my order since February, and no-one can tell me where it is! Please advise how I can raise a complaint.

@OfficialFV Recently purchased a dinning set in store. I wanted to change my order after a week. Furniture Warehouse wants to charge my 25 percent fee! What about my consumer rights. Consumers cannot be legally bound by hidden or unfair "small print." Consumer Rights Act 2015.

@OfficialFV Your customer service is awful and delivery service is even worse. Order placed on table and chairs March 12th, officially put through on March 13th. Table and Chairs due 2 weeks later Sofa 8-10 weeks later Sold my dining table and chairs in a hurry for peanuts.
