I’m seeing some folks on X saying it’s wrong or hypocritical for Christians to congratulate a single mother on her new baby. It's never wrong or hypocritical to celebrate the God-willed existence of beautiful new baby. It would be wrong to congratulate anyone on having sex outside of marriage. But I don't see Christians doing that. Congratulating a woman on her baby is not affirming sex out of wedlock. It’s affirming the baby’s existence as good and worthy of celebration. Every child is worth celebrating regardless of how they were conceived. They are all equally precious. A baby is always a gift from God.

An excise tax aka “sin tax” is commonly put on products to offset societal health impacts. Can anyone show the health implications of cannabis and why this tax is so high?!

Haven’t consumed any cannabis in almost 5 weeks. Coincidentally I haven’t slept well in almost a month. I caved and got some edibles to help me out from an indigenous owned dispensary. This much THC in legal shops would have been a few hundred. Cost me $40 no tax.
