@goibibo This is related to the - Booking ID GOFLDMTMOBD40D9163868241 , Booked on 05 Dec 2021 I got the refund of 1254 Rs / - despite being uploaded the covid positive RTPCR reports for all 3 passengers. As per policy i should get the full refund.

@goibibo Didn't get any updates till now. Ritesh and sagar called me today afternoon and we had a long discussion and suddenly they cut the phone and didn't call back. This is how they treat the customer.

@IndiGo6E Why i got a refund of just 1253 Rs though the ticket amount was 11k. I have uploaded the COVID positive report of all the 3 passanger. Please refund my full amount.
