The more you read about the TCS Nashik story, the worse it gets. This was an organised assault and conversion racket operating within the workplace at @TCS, which came out only when the victims spoke up. Nashik, Maharashtra - In a major case of sexual harassment and abuse of power, Nashik Police have arrested six team leaders of a prominent IT company on serious charges including rape, sexual harassment, and hurting religious sentiments.According to police, the accused allegedly harassed multiple women employees in the workplace. One of the team leaders has been charged with rape, while others face accusations of molestation and making derogatory, religiously offensive remarks inside the office premises.The victims had earlier filed complaints under the POSH policy with the company’s HR head, but no action was reportedly taken. Following this, the victims approached the police.Nashik Police have now registered a case against the HR head as well for alleged dereliction of duty and suppressing complaints.
