Did u read the statement that came from the Tatas Chairman (Milord, His Highness) ? Problem is the "corporate" leaders, many of them...when you see them in action are cold calculative and they have forgotten the single biggest leadership attribute needed ....being genuine human, sensitive, empathetic, loving, showing moral courage.....too many of them....some lawyer or PR person would have drafted this cold response for him....mere empty words but legally and politically correct... just because he has got to say something. I would have come out and spoken from my heart and conviction to uproot this menace so that such a thing NEVER EVER happens again...NEVER EVER...and I would have gone and met those families with my hand around their shoulders as a father, elder, colleague....dont expect this from our greedy woke corporate leaders (many of them)....they think attending some media training makes them great at it...it makes them obnoxious....so full of themselves so empty in their heart...

In my view, religion and workplace should remain separate. Offices shouldn’t provide prayer rooms or dedicated prayer hours. If someone’s extremely religious & ti's mandatory for them, they should consider taking leave, working from home, or choosing a more suitable organization.

@TCS tried hard to cover up alleged jihadi activity at its Nashik office. Its delayed public statement seemed aimed at shielding those involved elsewhere. Meanwhile, social media has hurt its credibility more. #NIA should probe all offices, as management continue to conceal plot.

@RahulGandhi I agree. Khera should present himself before the Assam Police for investigation instead of evading the law, to get the true answers of the questions you raised.

The present CM of Assam is the most corrupt in the country. He will not escape the law. His abuse of state power to harass his political opponents and critics is against the Constitution. @ARanganathan72 They won’t do it. It’s possible Justice Varma holds information that could unsettle some sitting stalwarts. What I don’t understand is how, in a democracy, 60 Supreme Court judges can appear to be above 1.4 billion people.

This is a historic opportunity for the Supreme Court to prove that it is not corrupt. All it needs to do is to suo motu order an FIR against Yashwant Varma, something that couldn't be done earlier as he was a serving judge.

The investigation into the Nashik IT firm scandal has reached a critical phase as authorities are focusing on the internal corporate failures that allowed the alleged abuse to persist. Today is a pivotal day in court. Five of the six-arrested employees - Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, Shahrukh Qureshi, Raza Memon, and Tauseef Attar - are concluding their initial police custody. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) is expected to seek an extension of their custody, citing the need to confront the accused with digital evidence recovered from office servers and personal devices. The primary accused in the rape case remains in Nashik road central prison under judicial custody. The SIT has intensified its probe into the company's HR. Evidence from one complainant’s email trail suggests that when she reported the harassment, a senior HR official explicitly told her to stay quiet to protect the company's reputation. While the HR official has only been named as a suspect so far, legal experts suggest that charges of suppression of evidence or criminal conspiracy could be added if the SIT finds that the mandatory Internal Complaints Committee (under the POSH Act) was non-functional or ignored.
