🗣️ “Listen, I watched Mainoo and Šeško today and I saw exactly what Manchester United can become. Mainoo — calm, composed, always playing forward when it matters. Šeško — powerful, aggressive, always a threat in behind. That combination is dangerous.”
“Carrick needs to make it simple for them. Don’t overcomplicate it. Mainoo thrives when he has freedom to receive, turn, and progress the ball quickly. Šeško thrives on early service, on those direct balls into space, on defenders being forced to turn.”
“Sometimes United can be a bit too safe in possession. What I would say is: keep the control, but add more verticality. When Mainoo gets on the ball, runners must go. Give him options. Let him dictate the tempo but also trust him to break lines.”

•In Amad, he has a Wayne Rooney-type talent.
•In Sesko, he has prime Robin van Persie.
•In Cunha, he has a prime Ronaldinho.
With this level of quality, it’s hard to see what stops this Manchester United side from challenging for the Premier League and Champions League next season.
We must give credit where it’s due
Michael Carrick is doing an outstanding job. He deserves the managerial position permanently.
