Lewiston Maine Somali Community - Victim Funds (1/20/26 City Council Meeting) She claims that, because the Somali community was 'traumatized' during the shooting that they deserved some of the 'victim funds' meant for hospital bills, funerals, and families who lost parents. (None of their community was injured or involved). 30% of Lewiston shotting victim fund money went to Democrat & Somalian nonprofits. Weirdly, this speaker makes a mental-gymnastic claim they are not NGO's, but "Ethnic Community Based Organizations".
