@ethanmonkhouse I would agree with you occlusion is the hardest bit right now I am relying on temporal continuity+biomechanics when visibility drops but we can tackle this problem with multiple camera calibration, just checking how far I can take this with single view+physics btw lets connect

GPT is one directional while BERT is bidirectional. U use GPT to predict the next token GIVEN the previous context, while u use BERT to predict the token in between GIVEN the token of both previous and future context. So u use GPT for text generation while u use BERT for text classification (understanding text). In terms of architecture, GPT is transformer-decoder only while BERT is transformer-encoder only.
