@DiBird4 I did 29.30.31.1 last year 😭😭 and worked nights into christmas eve. It was horrible. 4 sets of nights in four weeks. At least I don’t have that. I just think it should be one or the other ?

@DrHWazir @mmamas1973 Also proud to be in the 5%. My dad worked in a paper making factory, as did my grandparents and my brother now works doing similar. I took a very long route to Medicine though and would never have gone straight from school. Please don’t stop opportunities. Help each other up

@DiBird4 What is dismissed is the pure and overwhelming physical exertions of our jobs, pushing beds, lifting patients or the huge distances of walking Most have no idea of the physical exertion & I doubt other jobs would expect such of workers who are pregnant.

I'm not a surgeon. But started my second second trimester miscarriage in the middle of a busy ED night shift. Pregnancy is such a short time in your career- please look after your pregnant colleagues

EIGHTY TWO percent. I had a 2nd trimester miscarriage in my first year as a consultant surgeon. It was devastating. She would have been 17 now. It's just awful to think this is such a common experience for women surgeons. 💔💔💔 #GenderEquity #ILookLikeASurgeon

If @wesstreeting wants growth and more judicious use of current resources then he needs to sack and reform the @gmcuk They’re not protecting the public by ring fencing standards in medicine. They’re bullying doctors and only doctors whilst refusing to deal with quacks.
