We have a major incident on SBG2. The fire declared in the building. Firefighters were immediately on the scene but could not control the fire in SBG2. The whole site has been isolated which impacts all services in SGB1-4. We recommend to activate your Disaster Recovery Plan.

@steblar @stefancovaci03 @olesovhcom Keep me posted! OVH Control panel is not aligned yet (can't manage the VPS, can't access KVM and VM details are not there). But VPS is UP and that's the most important thing

@olesovhcom We have VPS and optional automatic backup service purchased, with backup replication accross datacenters. How can we download the latest backup of our currently down VPS? Support could not help us. Also, support was not able to tell us the location of our VPS (SGB1/2/3/4?)

@FASTWEB Buonasera, scrivo per chiedere una riqualifica sulla ADSL. Il router si sincronizza a soli 6mbi in down ma i log di linea sono ok
