We have a major incident on SBG2. The fire declared in the building. Firefighters were immediately on the scene but could not control the fire in SBG2. The whole site has been isolated which impacts all services in SGB1-4. We recommend to activate your Disaster Recovery Plan.

@steblar @MAXOUXAX @Titson4 @olesovhcom Well, actually my VPS has been up for more than 7 hours, but searching for my VPS using this method gave me the rack S324A07 which is still down, so it is probably not true for everyone

@mwigbels @sfaozkn @Melvin996 we clean up the network first. the rack per rack. then the servers. the clean up of the server is pain process once we have the PCI & PCC servers for the control plane, the teams can work on software, which will take time to restore. in the same time the teams are working on BM

Update March,21 9:30am SBG3: 40% of VPS are UP. Working hard 24/24 to restart the remain’s VPS. Working on pCS where we store the SBG2 backup service for VPS. SBG4: We need 3 days to dig & connect power from SBG4 to SBG3. SBG1: Building / moving a new A network room in SBG5.

@PvidaFrance os-sbg6 is a virtual "zone" inside SBG3. At this time there is no info about which rack hosted this zone. We only know that this zone is into floor 3 and 4 of SBG3.

@DaveSwagman @stefancovaci03 @olesovhcom If @olesovhcom can tell us which set of rack we need to keep eyes on ....

@olesovhcom Can you please give is an update about che percentage of up cluster for sbg-6 ? Some users have their vps up but a lot of users (like me) have a bunch of vps down. Can we hope for a boot-up today ?

Update March,20 6pm SBG3: More racks are UP. 60 simu tech working in SBG3. 24/24. 2 companies, expert in cleaning the servers after the fire, helping us. SBG4: A new power cable will be connected from SBG3 to SBG4. SBG1: working on plan to move the servers to RBX/GRA + SBG4.
