As far as I can tell, the “problem” is that Earned Runs are pretty inconsistently recorded across stat providers. There are many such cases, but for example Shota Imanaga’s ER total on 4/26 is 4 or 5 depending on the source. I use MLBs api, and sometimes it doesn’t match 🤷‍♂️

Anyone notice any recent discrepancies with UD Dinger scoring and bbmdb? Seems like the pitching tallies have been off recently. Incredible site, UX, etc - so not trying to be a jerk. It very well could be an UD issue (they’ve been off before!).

Based on 2025 BBMVI data: 95.27% of entries were made with NO rankings set. 4.73% of entries were made with rankings set. Don’t have data on tools but feel very comfortable saying it’s less than 4.73%.

If you had to guess: 1. What % of BBM entries are drafted using rankings and draft tools? 2. What % of BBM entries are drafted using just rankings? 3. What % of BBM entries are drafting using no rankings and no draft tools? Is it like 1. 10%? 2. 30%? 3. 60%? Am I way off?
