Playing X WR has developed this super negative connotation when that is absolutely not the case sometimes!

My truth serum take is that Chris Rodriguez is going to factor in enough where Tuten is a very average 5th round click
Coen will not stop stressing how he values consistency over explosives, which we (and Coen) know Chris Rodriguez can do
If Tuten can’t, unfriendly split awaits

The coach speak scares the hell out of me lol. I mentioned it in another comment but Coen does not speak about Tuten how he speaks of other players he likes
He gives me this vibe like Gladstone had to beg him to give Tuten a chance
Says CRod is about efficiency and that’s what they’re after. I think Tuten is talented enough to wow Coen especially with efficiency and prove himself but that is what you’re betting on in order for him to smash

I think he’s a way better choice than CRod given the versatility but doesn’t matter what I think or anyone but Coen for that matter

@PascoDFS I’m sure he’ll have more this year. Lots of his touches were only designed to get a couple yards on 3rd/4th n short. It’s a big reason why he had a really good success %
Coen seems unsure of his ability to keep the offense on schedule on 1st down tho, so he’ll have to prove it

@FFMichaelK Everyone likes to talk about Tuten's "explosiveness" because he ran a fast 40.
But he had two carries over 15 yards and zero over 20 yards on 83 attempts in his rookie year. He isn't explosive or consistent.

I need someone who is skeptical of running the passing offense through Rice to provide a different route they should go lol
The bearish take is “the offense sucked when they ran thru him” but fails to acknowledge every other receiver they have is worse
Pacheco/Hunt also already combined for 281 rush attempts so it’s not like there’s a ton of room they’ll just shift to Walker
Rice was still an 83rd percentile zone beater last year off the torn ACL!

Don’t want to overreact to bad Rashee Rice news, but don’t want to underreact either. This is not a great NFL WR. This is a PPR fantasy scam who was very inefficient last szn They ran the OFF thru him - it sucked. You don’t think after an offseason in JAIL they could reevaluate?

But I also don’t find myself clicking a ton of CRod because he has significantly more zero risk than Coker or the TEs there, with a limited ceiling
