100 more trees planted in Midland! Thank you to everyone who came out to support us!

A day outdoors, a little competition, and a lot of appreciation! Our Employee Clay Shoot brought Diamondback teams together at Jake's Clays for connection, camaraderie, and fun. We’re grateful for the people who show up every day and make our success possible.

Our Oklahoma City team organized a second supply drive for Wings, collecting more than 4,400 essential items, from laundry detergent and cleaning supplies to toothbrushes, toothpaste, and toilet paper. Items contributed will be added to the organization’s family and individual kits which provide a month of supplies for Wings members served in Diamondback Energy’s Community Outreach Corridor. A big thank you to the Wings team for giving us a hand at our OKC office with sorting, packing, and loading donations before delivering them to their facility. We’re proud to join forces with Wings to bring awareness and energy to their mission and the important work they do every day. 💙

This month, we hosted students from @TexasTech, including members of @IEEEorg and Association of Information Technology Professionals, for a field tour across our operations. From a drilling rig to a frac site to a facilities location, students saw firsthand how technology, engineering, and energy come together in the field. We’re committed to strong university partnerships and to giving students real-world exposure to explore meaningful careers in oil and gas. By connecting classroom learning with field experience, we’re working to inspire the next generation to explore meaningful careers in oil and gas and the Permian Basin!

The Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association (@T_I_P_R_O) recently celebrated its 80th anniversary at its Annual Convention in Houston. Diamondback was proud to sponsor the event and partner with TIPRO in their continued advocacy for the oil and gas industry. During the convention, local, state, and federal officials joined industry executives and energy professionals to discuss the role oil and gas plays in powering Texas and the nation. Our Chief Operating Officer, Danny Wesson, participated in a fireside chat, sharing his thoughts on leadership, innovation, and the next era of production. Governor @GregAbbott_TX presented a proclamation honoring TIPRO’s 80th anniversary and recognizing the hardworking men and women who help make Texas the “number one state.” Senator @tedcruz was also honored with TIPRO’s Hats Off Award for his leadership and efforts to advance policies that help secure our energy future. We're grateful for our partnership with TIPRO as we work alongside industry leaders to support a strong and sustainable energy future for Texas.

In 2025, more than 650 Diamondback Energy employees, including 147 mentors, contributed 5,739 volunteer hours supporting Permian Basin communities! To celebrate this commitment, we hosted a Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon honoring employees, mentors, and community partners who strengthened local initiatives throughout the year. Our volunteer efforts wouldn’t be possible without the incredible organizations we work alongside, including @Midland_ISD, @Midland_College, @KMB_Tweets, Permian Basin Habitat for Humanity, and so many others. Thank you for stacking hands with us to make the Permian Basin a better place to live, work, and grow. 🩶

We're looking for an Electrical Training Specialist to join our growing team! The Electrical Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive electrical training programs to support safe, reliable, and compliant oil and gas operations. This role serves as a subject matter expert for electrical systems, electrical safety, and licensing requirements, ensuring workforce is trained to applicable codes, standards, and company expectations. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of five years of oil and gas electrical experience, Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license, experience with high-voltage power systems, and strong working knowledge of the national Electrical Code. Recently, we hosted @TheAXPC's Unleashing American Energy Congressional Field Tour! More than 20 U.S. congressional staff members from across the country visited the Permian Basin to tour a Diamondback drilling rig, e-frac operation, and production battery. Along the way, our team shared how the Permian powers reliable energy for America and the world. Thank you, AXPC, for partnering with us to educate federal policymakers about the vital role of the oil and gas industry.

We recently celebrated our Executive Chairman Travis Stice at @PBPA's Top Hand Award Banquet. Presented annually, the Top Hand Award recognizes individuals whose leadership, stewardship, and community involvement have made a lasting impact on the oil and gas industry and the Permian Basin community. Travis exemplifies what it means to lead with purpose, and it was an honor to celebrate his achievements. Congratulations, Travis!

In our second year partnering with the @TAMUEngineering Academy at @Midland_College, students recently connected with their Diamondback mentors! Through the Diamondback DNA Mentorship Program, our engineers meet with Academy students twice a month to share career insight, real-world experience, and guidance as they begin their engineering journey. This ongoing partnership has helped the program maintain a strong retention rate at Midland College, highlighting the value of industry engagement and mentorship. We’re proud to invest in and support the next generation of engineers right here in Midland.

.@APIenergy (API) is a trade association representing all facets of America’s natural gas and oil industry. API's team recently visited the Permian Basin, and Diamondback hosted them for a day! The visit began with a roundtable discussion with members of our executive team, followed by a tour of one of our active drilling rigs in Ector County. API staff had the opportunity to see firsthand the dedication and expertise of the hardworking men and women who deliver safe, reliable energy to America every day. The Permian Basin produces nearly half of America's oil production - about 6.5 million barrels of oil per day! The Basin's incredible influence spans over a 100-year history, and we're proud to call West Texas home.

Diamondback Energy is committed to building the next generation of leaders, and we're proud to announce a $217,300 investment in @Midland_ISD to expand our STEM Lab initiative. This funding will bring a new virtual reality STEM Lab, powered by @syGlassVR, to @MidlandHigh, enhance Legacy High School’s existing lab with Environmental Science, and continue supporting @YWLAMidland students with Anatomy & Physiology and Neuroscience courses. Currently, more than 270 MISD students are enrolled in STEM Lab courses. The program has created 66 dual college credit seats in health sciences and equips students with critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills. Thank you, MISD for partnering with us to bring cutting-edge STEM education to students in Midland!
