@joe_kodiak @montyinthebank @iluminatibot Pasteurization is necessary only for the commercialization of milk. If we drank milk fresh daily we wouldn’t need to put milk through the process as it wouldn’t be mass produced, stored, transported, and shelved for weeks.

Pastuerization may reduce milk nutrient vitality, but it's saved maybe a few million lives... a decade. Everytime there's a listeria or E. coli breakout, it makes national and international news. People die. Products removed from shelves by the thousands of tons. And that's when pasteurization and unclean machines or tools are used in dairy production. Imagine if no pasteurization? Companies fuck up the process continually and hundreds get sick and/or die. Me? Im for the life saving. In fact i buy ULTRA-PASTEURIZED MILK. Raw milk may be fine for some. but for the general public, it's just too risky.
