Good to have Ambassador Todd Robinson confirmed as Assistant Secretary for @StateINL. Ambassador Robinson will surely continue the bureau’s mission to keep Americans safe from crime, illegal drugs, and instability abroad.

It would be tough to find anyone on the streets of #Venezuela who has noticed any benefit so far. And the argument might be more convincing if the were transparency - at both the U.S. and Venezuelan ends - regarding the flow of funds. Instead there is opacity.
