From an operational standpoint, right now, yes....counting last years one-offs which made up 80% or so ($42.9M) of the headline $55–56M net loss, during a costly year in which management stated early it was a restructuring and asset acquisition year, plus legal fees....and setting that as the baseline this year is laughable. Being caught up on last years overall numbers (80% non reoccurring fees).....while completely ignoring the facts that operational costs were sliced 74%, Q4 last year and Q1 this year were operationally profitable, the company is strategically scaling/evolving, and the majority of the one-off costs are now gone....makes zero sense.... Now, sprinkle in some legal wins with low cost expansion through already held acquisitions from last year, while the central overhead continues being squeezed as the business focuses on higher-margin programs......and it's not difficult to see how $GNS could turn a net profit for 2026. While uncertain for sure, it's also not pure fantasy like the troll/shill network here likes to make it out to be. Full GAAP net income could still be negative, or only slightly positive, due to a few reoccurring items....BUT, even that is a HUGE win/jump from the previous year. Call it hopium all you want, laugh until you are blue in the face......but when Q2/Q3 results confirm the trend and some of the legal dust settles, I want my apology. Ahhhh, my apologies, I didn't realize you were part of the "Malone Club"....I should have connected the dots on a Matthew post, that is his niche as well. While I'm no fan of Malone (I agree, dude does come off as scummy), I have noticed the accounts that are mainly dedicated to bashing/following him (and $QNTM), also randomly take their hate out on companies Malone had minimal impact on. Y'all only seem to know surface level DD pertaining to those other particular tickers, yet speak about them as if y'all are up to speed...I will admit y'all have a good script, it's a solid echo chamber/cherry picking group, and it's successful against those wet behind the ears...but when pushed back against, the angle, and lack of in depth knowledge becomes glaring.
