Great news! BOB ICB currently ranks second in terms of NHS downloads and usage in South East. National average is 58%. Thank you to all our volunteers and wonderful patients for this achievement 🥳🩵📱

THANK YOU for responding to our survey. We received almost 2,000 responses! We also interviewed citizens in Digital Cafes to learn more of their experience of using apps to access GPs. We will use this feedback to improve your experience of digital pathways across our services.
