This weekend I pushed myself and set a new PR on squat of 405lbs. I know to some that’s not a lot, but with a surgically repaired knee and mentally being cautious of how hard I push my knee, I’m very happy with this lift. Now, to aim for 500lbs! Thanks for the spot dad!
