Everyone already knows everything, however it isn’t until someone hears something articulated well that they’re able to use the information. Take it as a compliment when someone acts as though they knew something already.

CMO at a $1B+ company signed up for our thing last night, but used his Gmail. Should we count it as a lead or not?

Most agencies take 4-5 weeks to deliver a landing page. We ship ours in 48 hours. And they convert at 7.8%. We built an AI-powered system using @claudeai Opus 4.6 + @framer that handles everything: copy, structure, design specs in a single sprint. We packaged the entire playbook into a free Notion doc. Comment "LANDING" + follow and I'll DM it to you.

I found a way to sell AI infrastructure to companies doing $2M-$50M/year. ALL with no sales team, enterprise connections or cold calls. Businesses are desperate for Ai implementation right now and anyone can do this. But most people get it wrong and that's why they fail. They lead with tools, ex) "we build automations" or "we integrate AI." That means nothing to a CEO managing 40 people and $5M in revenue. They pitch features instead of showing the cost of doing nothing. And they price hourly, so the buyer treats them like a freelancer instead of a partner. Mid-market and enterprise companies are bleeding $100K-$500K/year on broken processes, bloated SaaS stacks, and manual work they don't even realize they're paying for. They WANT to buy AI infrastructure, they just don't trust most people selling it. Because most people selling it sound like every other agency. I created a guide breaking down exactly: → How to position AI infrastructure so executives actually listen → The discovery framework that turns a 30-min call into a $25K-$100K project → How to calculate ROI so the price sells itself → The 3-pillar strategy process that closes 60%+ of qualified prospects → Why "sell the map before you sell the build" changes everything RT + reply "INFRA" and I'll send you the FULL guide (must follow so I can DM)

The trend of Europeans moving to the UAE will only accelerate. It’s very straightforward why: 1/ Northern Europe is not nice in winter. The Gulf is very nice in winter 2/ The Gulf is very warm in summer. Europe is a sublime charm in summer. 3/ Europe doesn’t have global tax, so generally speaking citizens move to the UAE for 183 days and taxes go from 50% to 0%. In other words, avoid winter 1/, retain summer 2/ and shave your time to retirement by decades. 4/ Tons of flights that are only 7 hours, and on the worlds nicest airlines. Hey if the Americans can ruck it regularly east <> west coast 6.5 hours on a reclining seat, this is doable. 5/ Gulf economies are growing. European economies can’t figure out growth 6/ Europe says it wants to support innovation but it’s not genuine, and time is up

“I haven’t done this before” is the default state of being a founder. The real question is whether you’re willing to learn faster than the problems pile up.

@HarryStebbings Exactly the same for B2B CMO’s. We’re entering the era where one great marketer will be enough for a company to dominate a market. The three things they have to do is know their audience better than they know themselves, deliver value with every touch and be undeniably human.

Bold statement: if you are a CMO at a consumer facing company of any kind, if you don’t deeply get and value content and social. Your time is numbered.

@paulg I think worry about local maxima comes from imagining the 3D world, where it is in fact easy to get trapped. But "company space" has many more dimensions, and so most critical points are, as you say, just saddles. There's almost always a positive gradient you can trundle along.

One of the most important things I've learned from 20 years of talking to startups at Y Combinator is how few local maximums there are. Founders can just put their heads down and focus on growth, without more than a few months' lookahead, and they'll almost always do well.

Our Fine-Tuned AI SDR has booked this client over 75 qualified sales appointments in the 7 days alone. With average close rate of 22% and a ticket price of $6500, that's an additional $107,250 in revenue. There are a lot of businesses that are wasting thousands and thousands of dollars a month on "appointment setters".... We live in 2025, you can leverage AI Agents to fully qualify, converse, and book appointments for you. Comment the word "Setter" down below and I'll send you a free guide that show's how this agent works.

Exec Hiring Success Rates Are Lower Than You Think:  If I look at all of our executive hires over time, I’d guess that 18 months after that senior hire happens, around 60% of them have “stuck” and we end up churning about 40%.  This is similar across most of the CEOs of companies I coach. Senior level hire candidates are very good at interviewing.  Interviewers of senior level hires, including myself, overestimate their skill in interviewing.  My advice would be to reduce your interview panel and hire the folks who have great strengths (4/4s) and maybe some weaknesses (2/4s) while avoiding the candidates who are all “good” (3/4s).  In other words, hire for strengths, rather than for a lack of weakness.  …If you whiff on one or two big hires, don’t sweat it too much.

All I want from this Liverpool v Arsenal game is a draw and some seriously unsavoury scenes. Bit of a brawl, couple of sendings off, that sort of thing. Maybe Saka punches a ballboy or something.
