American Airlines is the worst today! From late notification, 6 hour delayed flight, holding pattern over Lake Michigan, exhaust fumes in cabin, and no gate available upon arrival. The worse! Las Vegas to O’Hare what a nightmare!! 12 hours and still sitting on 1/2 empty plane.

@HannahKonnn Maybe not surprisingly, the hit rate is higher for terms that are typically early in the text. Seems like inverting the text order of the training data could lead to additional performance improvements 🧐😆

Is it accurate to say that the biggest budget driver for in-house teams buying CLM is ranked like this: #1 AI powered negotiation tools, followed by #2 AI powered repository, followed by #3 workflow automation? My assumption is that negotiation tools win because they have the promise of being able to replace internal headcount or outside counsel spend. Whereas workflows are optimizing a process spread across the business and is therefore harder to quantify in dollars.

@PrestonJClark I'm sure the market will keep talking about AI AI AI, and I agree the potential is tremendous. But even the very low hanging fruit stuff from the pre-AI era is very often not in place. And while it's boring, it's where a lot of the magic happens. End of thought-stream :-)

@PrestonJClark In that sense, its all about velocity. Reducing cycle time means more rapid revenue realization - tied straight to the $$$. So rather than a singular feature, the question becomes: "does this CLM provide me with the features I need to increase velocity".
