Just spent 30 mins in my GP's waiting room, overhearing a string of upset, baffled older people protesting that they couldn't download the app, follow the link etc. The speed with with companies and businesses have pursued merciless digital exclusion absolutely boils my piss.

People are fed up of scrambling for a GP appointment.
Labour will end the 8am scramble by allowing patients to book appointments to see the doctor they want. We will also make the NHS app easier to arrange your appointments and bring back the family doctor.
