Why do you think you cater so much to the “Attention Economy”? People sit here scrolling… looking at everything they wish they had… envy, jealousy… greed… lingering in the back of their mind like a leech feeding off each of the senses… Some will say social media is only damaging if you let it get to you and though that is true… (we are what we make it to be.) I’ve noticed many mentally decline even if they are the most uplifting of humans… you see the struggle… you observe the desperation to be liked or needed… comparing every intricate detail of their lives to others who don’t actually care what you are going through… Do you see it? Do you feel the tension? Stop listening to what you think society wants… because in the end those opinions don’t matter. Ignore the chirping… maybe get off your phone to digest what is… not what could be or has been. No one knows exactly what your future holds and your past definitely doesn’t define you. Are you still debating going to the gym? Creating that novel? Thinking “it will be there tomorrow.” Change your mindset… do it now. It may take time… hard work… actual effort to achieve those goals… but life isn’t easy so why would you make it harder and wait for something to plop in your lap. Read a book… educate yourself, not just on a surface level but on a deeper plain.. believe in who you are… people will come and go and that is part of the journey. Doesn’t mean you are any lesser of a person … this just means they were not meant to be in this chapter… We are all going through something… most of us have felt pain unimaginable pain… depression… anxiety… the hopelessness of reality… falling deeper and deeper into ourselves… Remember that you are a beautiful soul… remember that you have a choice… a choice to disconnect… a choice to move forward… a choice to be more than what the internet shows you. Post for you… create for you… just do you… you f*cking degenerates. If I pissed you off with this post… sorry not sorry because in the end what does my opinion actually matter… right?

Finance power wars. And those who controls the strings of finance decides which wars to fight and support. The extreme centralization of finance, especially the power of very very few decision makers to print money allows them to direct constant funds to extreme levels of weaponary buildup that enriches nobody else but the "defense" industry and all those who gain from the insane unstoppable growth of it. This is not specific to any country or even the current era of time - the ability to wage wars have always been extremely tightly tied to the ability of the war wager to control as many parts of the financial stack as possible. All the while, this causing extreme harm to innocents, deriving their own people of much needed resources and attention and sparking turmoil that could even lead to the destruction of the world. Decentralizing finance, and returning that incredible power to the people have never been more important. Our job here is far more important than pumping bags or building tech - it's about the ability to return the power to choose where to allocate resources back to the people. Regardless of the short term market turbulence, we have to fight on and grow this industry and return the power back to the people. The future of the world might just depend on whether we succeed or fail in this quest to return finance, and the incredible power it holds, back to where it should belong - all of us.
