Suraksha group who is managing Jaypee Aman Noida Sector 151 is charging 590 INR per sq ft which is completely against this amendment. Also they are saying this is not applicable to us.

Respected sir @UPRERA @myogioffice @myogiadityanath request you to please intervene here. I wanted to highlight that as per the latest amendment of UPRERA which was made on 25th March 26 they have capped the transfer charges to 25000 INR for non blood relations, however Suraksha

Suraksha Group who is managing Jaypee Aman society in Noida Sec 151 is still charging 590 INR per sq ft which is completely unacceptable @UPRERA @myogiadityanath @CMOfficeUP @myogioffice as per UP RERA it should be 25000 INR, please intervene 🙏🏻
