🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Yesterday during the England vs. Argentina World Cup semi-final, Declan Rice should have been SENT OFF for covering his mouth while speaking to Argentina players. According to the new “Prestianni Law,” covering your mouth while talking to an opponent is apparently a straight red card. The referee and VAR missed it… and the Argentina players didn’t even appeal.

@RefereeC21621 how is he gonna raise his foot mid tackle on purpose in a millisecond in that position? it was in motion of the tackle and messi intercepted with his foot, not the other way around. the only way that would apply is if he intentionally raised his foot.
