JUST IN: Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele Singer Reiner, were killed by their son, according to PEOPLE.
Two bodies were found at the couple's Brentwood, California home on Sunday afternoon.
According to TMZ, wounds were found on their bodies that are consistent with stab wounds.
"Our sources say the two suffered lacerations consistent with a knife. The LAPD's Robbery Homicide Division is still investigating," TMZ reported.
Rob and his wife had three children together: Jake, Nick, and Romy. Rob had another daughter, Tracy, from his previous marriage.
In multiple 2016 interviews, Rob Reiner and his son, Nick, opened up about their project together titled, 'Being Charlie.'
The project for Nick was a "semi-autobiographical drama about addiction." Nick Reiner struggled with drug addiction for years, first going to rehab at the age of 15.
Incredibly sad. RIP.

Hey @DaleStarkA10 feel free to reach out anytime if you have questions. I appreciate your posts and share the majority or your opinions and values. Although, this post does not reflect your typical thoughtful perspective. Hopefully it wasn’t just for likes and clicks?
-There was nothing random about who we evacuated. For example, one of the planes was full of Albanian families (mostly women and children) that were evacuated. We returned directly to Albania.
-We definitely did not ship anyone besides American citizens back to America.
-Our manifests were vetted and generated in conjunction with the .gov.
-This was a privately funded project. One of the very few things that social media is good for is to bring awareness to issues where people can step in. There was no need for clicks or likes, but there was definitely a need for people to help.
The one sentence that is accurate is your last one. I too had a bad feeling about it and still do. It was a nightmare of a situation. To every person on the ground on HKIA those last few weeks trying to do their best, I hope that they are blessed. It was a disaster from the beginning.

My Thanksgiving. Was at Australia airport 3 hours early for a 5 hour flight from Perth to Brisbane. 3 hour layover Then a 17 hour flight from Brisbane to Dallas. 4 hour layover Then a 3 hour flight from Dallas to Jax Florida.
