A few years ago I was stuck — failed venture, job I didn’t love, living with my parents, no clear path forward. So I built a system to optimize my entire life. Not just tasks. Everything. That system became a company. Here’s the story:

@cantonmeow That makes sense. Something like that just sits on top of everything else and keeps taking mental space even when you’re not actively working on it. The actual studying is one thing, but having it layered on top of inboxes, meetings, and all the rest is a lot

For years, I consider myself to be extremely efficient at my job, which gives me enough bandwidth to also participate in the market. However, it's been getting more impossible lately. Lunch hour meetings, training new hires, constant flooding inbox messages from multiple systems, meetings to reinforce company culture, after hour phone calls and text messages, constant new work flows, negotiating constant conflicting priorities... The multitasking aspect is making an otherwise rewarding job much less enjoyable, especially for someone like me who just wants to keep things simple. If I get a choice, I'd rather not be the boss of anyone. I can anticipate a need and address it ahead of time. I can do my damn best to solve a problem, and if not, at the very least, do the emotional work and provide empathy. I can educate and guide, make boring topics as interesting and memorable as possible, and help pass along my thoughts on multiple topics in hopes of helping others learn and see what I see. I'm also happy to take a step back if you don't find what I do helpful, and I'll never want to force my agenda onto you. With all that being said, I'll never understand why anyone would want to pretend to be a Market God on here, saying absolute statements, ridiculing others for disagreement, exerting a sense of superiority over others due to an inferiority complex, and wanting others to feel bad because they feel bad. I also don't understand why there would be people telling others what to do. I hate being told what to do, and I'll never tell you what to do. Most things don't have to be said. Most things that are said are meaningless. Most things we do have consequences that may seem dire at the time but are neglectable in hindsight. Most people are meaningless in our lives. Things are already hard enough as it is for most people in all walks of life. Therefore, good vibes only.🐱🐈

@ListservedBud @TristenPalori @evanweirCRE That is such a common small-team problem. Outlook or Gmail, a spreadsheet, and a bunch of stuff people are trying to remember in their head. Then the follow-ups and requirement changes get buried. How often does that actually end up costing you something?

@TristenPalori @evanweirCRE Honestly most small teams I talk to are still stuck with Outlook or Gmail, a spreadsheet, and way too many sticky notes in their head. The painful part usually is not tours, it is all the random broker follow up and requirement changes getting buried.

@habeeb_taj19252 That kind of agency admin is brutal because none of it is the real work, but it still eats half the day. The reimbursement / tool activation / payment chasing loop sounds especially annoying. What part of it burns the most time for you right now?

Running an agency is about being able to keep about five different things moving at the same time without any of them falling apart. And what causes the most damage when it breaks?= Money flow. ↓ Here's what a typical week used to look like on the operations side 👇 · · · · · · · · · · · · · · Monday: a client campaign kicks off. Three tools need to be activated immediately. Design software, an AI writing tool, an ad platform. Someone on the team pays from personal funds. Another says they'll sort it later. Third person is still waiting on last month's reimbursement so they're hesitant to spend again. By the time everything is sorted, half the day is gone. ❯❯❯ Wednesday: freelancer deliverables come in. Four different people. Four different payment requests. Different wallets, different timelines, different follow-ups. You spend two hours just to move money around instead of reviewing the actual work. · · · Friday: a client needs an invoice. They're paying from outside the country. You go back and forth trying to figure out the cleanest way to receive it without losing a chunk to fees or waiting three to five business days for it to clear. That's not a bad week. That's just a normal one. ◆ Here's what that same workflow would've looked loke if you use INFINI Business by @0xinfini 👇 · · · · · · · · · · · · · · ○ Campaign kicks off: every team member already has a Corporate Card loaded and ready. → Design tools paid instantly → ChatGPT and Claude handled directly → Ad spend live without anyone asking for approval ❯❯❯ ○ Freelancers delivered: batch payout handles everyone in one action. Multiple payments. Different locations, same timeline. Done in minutes instead of hours. · · · ○ Client invoice: stablecoin invoice sent, payment collected globally without the usual friction. Without back and forth. ◆ And everything [every transaction, every card spend, every payout] tracked automatically in one place. So when a client asks for a spend breakdown or the team needs a budget update, it's already there. Clean and Ready. · · · · · · · · · · · · · · If you're running an agency and managing all of this manually right now you already know how much time this is costing you every single week and how stressful it is. INFINI BUSINESS is your salvation Here's my referral link 👇 → join.infini.money/business/a2tMx… → Complete KYC → Apply for the INFINI Corporate Card infini-casestudy.lovable.app #infinicard @0xinfini @christianeth

@oliverbrocato That ops mess is so real. Once everyone has their own system, nobody really knows what matters or what’s actually moving. What part of that breaks down first for you, priorities or follow-through?

Reality check: ur operations are a dumpster fire. Everyone's in their own system: > Google docs > Notes app (??) > Linear tickets for dev stuff > Slack for the rest. No standard format. No "best practice." So now nobody knows > what’s started > what’s finished > what actually matters Just a pile of random projects with zero tracking. That's how shit slips, stalls, dies. Strong teams run tight systems: Same format, same structure, clear ownership. Roles, goals, KPIs defined and visible. U don't need to become corporate. Just organized enough to: > consolidate everything into one source of truth > chunk every project into trackable milestones > drill accountability into the system, not into Slack threads

@d_date @twostraws That’s the worst part. You do the actual work, then get hit with the admin, expenses, and tax cleanup after. What’s the piece of it that always seems to pile up the fastest?

Starting to get burnt out with this system. My job isn’t even hard it’s just dull & repetitive. Same meetings, same conversations, same problems that we don’t want to fix…just talk about & create “action plans” that nobody follows up on. Just a new meeting

There are too many emails. Too many texts. Too many accounts. Too many logins. Too many apps. Too many rewards programs. Too many fundraisers. Too many appointments. Too many virtual meetings. Too many newsletters. Too many forms. Too many social media platforms. My brain hurts.

A lot of people do not have a productivity problem. They have a carrying-cost problem. Too many small things sitting in their head. Too many loose ends across email, calendar, follow-ups, tasks, and life admin. Too many moments where they have to remember, decide, and push things forward themselves. That weight adds up fast. A lot of tools help organize the load. Fewer actually reduce it.

Last week I said I'd stop talking about myself. Aashwin told me to stop apologizing, and my mentor told me I needed to focus on the customer instead of my product. So here is one step toward that. I worked over the weekend to redo the words on our website. Before they read like a feature list, everything we built instead of the outcomes you care about. Most of the wording had to change. "Ask anything. Watch agents make it happen." -> "Give it the work. Get back the time." "The most capable agents, at your fingertips." -> "Your whole morning's work? Done before you start." "Applied Intelligence." -> "A team of five. Without hiring anyone." It is not perfect yet, nor will it ever be. But it is closer to describing what you get instead of what I built, and that's how it should've been all along. If you've got 30 seconds, check out the website and tell me if it actually makes sense now. I want to know what's still confusing.

AI is gonna take every white collar job atp. Can't be a coder or a designer or an analyst or a marketer or anything. Legit just study history or anthropology or whatever you like because what's the point anymore

@DXKSH_X I'm working on a tool related to this that is supposed to be pretty easy to use out of the box. You can check it out at alleo.ai and let me know what you think.

@DillonDoherty2 A good example would be how people use openclaw and other ai agents to automate this. But most people don't have the time, information and bandwidth to do this. I'm not relying on agents though it'd be much cheaper to make a workflow of each platform.

Nice. The part still on you though: figuring out which AI handles which task, reviewing the handoffs, catching where they contradicted each other. That coordination overhead is the next thing to go. When the routing's handled and you just define what you're building. Still early on that. Congrats on shipping something real.

Happy Easter everyone! 🐰 Just wanted to share something I’m genuinely excited about — I built my entire personal brand website completely alone, with no designer, no developer, and no marketer. I just assembled an AI dream team: Claude as CTO, ChatGPT as copywriter, Grok helping with strategy, and Gemini handling the visuals. They worked together, checked each other’s work, and we ended up with a super professional, conversion-friendly site. Crazy what’s possible now, right? Want to see exactly how I did it? Check out my full write-up here 👇 open.substack.com/pub/bobchien/p…

It's not really knowledge vs. AI. It's judgment vs. execution. The people moving fastest aren't just using AI for tasks. They're running their whole workload through it: one person doing what a small team used to. That's where the leverage actually compounds. Less "your job's gone," more "whoever figures out coordination first pulls way ahead." That's the layer we're building at Alleo.ai.

Look at any job description posted today and come back in 18 months. I'll bet half of it doesn't exist anymore. Content writer. Gone. AI writes faster and cheaper. Data analyst. Gone. Claude pulls the numbers and tells you what they mean.

Good framework. The thing above it though: running this continuously on live data so you catch angle drift before revenue actually moves. Right now someone still has to think to run it at the right time. That's the gap. Building the proactive version of this at Alleo.ai. Less prompt library, more like an analyst who checks in without being asked.

the difference between "why isn't this selling" and "we can't keep up with demand" is usually the right angle how to find your unique angle (paste this into your AI, Claude Code, etc)

And whoever stops doing the operator part manually wins the next version of this role. When the data analysis just runs, you're back to pure creative judgment. Way better job. That's what we're building at Alleo.ai. Curious if you're hitting that bottleneck in your campaigns.

the evolution of the creative strategist role: 2021: do you know what UGC is? we need that 2022: btw, I saw this new thing called ‘hook rate’, let’s start looking at it 2023: there are some colourful platforms that help you analyze the performance of your ad creatives, let’s sign up for that and start optimizing based on data 2024: do you know what direct response is? people talk about a book called Breakthrough Advertising, can you read it and see if you can implement something from it? Also, please start using ChatGPT for your scripts, I heard you can FIRE YOUR $300K/MONTH MARKETING TEAM WITH THIS PROMPT 2025: WE NEED MORE VOLUME!!! Everyone is talking about it now. Also, I heard something about Andromeda. Is that an asteroid? 2026: WE NEED MORE DIVERSITY! Can you also produce some ‘native ads’ for us? We also want to move away from scripted UGC and go for something more organic, we heard that the organic feed and the paid ads should be treated the same. We also need VSLs, fake podcast ads, street interviews, customer calls, text-walls, emotional slideshows, YAPPERS AND AI CHARACTERS. thank you!
