when damaged connective tissue is not properly trained in rehab, that connective tissue dysfunction signals tightness. abnormal mechanoreceptor feedback loops from that tissue tells the CNS to tighten things up as a protective response

@DimarcellaChris it's from subpar rehab, imo. rehab protocols based on 2000's science, which many sports teams still utilize despite the modern athlete's evolution in the last 2 decades, particularly with their neurology.
