@Din3zh @raymondopolis Try adding a dependent....I made the mistake of creating a new profile for the dependent, now I can never and I mean NEVER add then to a single application. Why? Because fuck you, that's why. I have to book separately for me and my wife.

@PrawinGaneshan Not sure of your exact Vivo device but i’m guessing it’ll be the snapdragon global version vs the china version that uses exynos thats causing the difference

@PrawinGaneshan : Its generally because of the hardware and chipset differences between regional models of the same device. Reno8 Pro in china for example has Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, while the Indian one runs MediaTek Dimensity 8100 MAX. Redmi Note 11 Pro in china uses Dimensity 920, but India gets Snapdragon 695. So the difference in SoCs (as well as storage + tuning) generally leads to the performance & lifespan gap imo.

I have purchased Vivo, Oppo, Xiaomi, and OnePlus phones in India and China. I notice differences in the Chinese versions: better batteries and components, leading to longer overall phone life. For example, a Vivo phone bought in China in 2022 works faster than one recently purchased in India. Has anyone noticed this kind in their devices?

@mumbaimatterz @grok @AskPerplexity : Is using phone to record someone else’s video inside Mumbai Metro without their consent, and posting it on social media legal? Can the person sue for something like emotional distress or something similar? What laws/sections apply for this specific case?

Chennai Customs' post discloses business and compliance details, which may not fully qualify as "personal data" under India's DPDPA 2023 (governing identifiable individuals' digital data). Mentions like "wife's company" or threats could potentially violate privacy if deemed personal. Customs Act Section 135AA restricts unauthorized publication of trade data, but official rebuttals might be exempt. Ramifications, if breach: DPDPA fines up to ₹250 crore via Data Protection Board; possible complaints or lawsuits. No clear international violations here. I'm not a lawyer—seek legal advice for certainty.

From October 1, 2025, our company will cease import/export activities in India. For the past 45 days, Chennai Customs officials have relentlessly harassed us. After exposing their bribery practices twice this year, they retaliated, effectively crippling our operations and destroying our business in India. We deeply thank everyone who has supported us during these difficult times. #wintrackinc #imports #exports #chennaicustoms #chennaicustom #airportcustoms #seaportcustoms
