One thing about Magic is that it is a game really friendly for people with ADHD. Like the game provides consistent feedback throughout, and its gameplay is very friendly to those who experience hyperfocus cuz it requires players to stay engaged and attentive for the entire match.

@Jessica_Li0802 For me, I could be thinking about two lines and get them mixed up halfway through my turn. While deck building could benefit from a creative mindset and could be quite rewarding.

Just some of my random thoughts ;) and yeah, if I have friends with ADHD, I will definitely recommend this game to them.
