Bryan Kohberger's defense is throwing out big numbers to prove to the court that there is no way this trial can begin in the summer of 2024. Tons of witnesses, many experts, mountains of evidence, etc… They suggest a possible 2025 trial date. #Idaho4

Bryan Kohberger's defense says they do not believe a summer of 2024 trial is realistic. They are recommending summer of 2025 if it happens in Latah County. But they plan to file a change of venue motion, defense says.

But I can very well sit outside the courtroom, watch the livestream and live tweet what I hear. Is that something you guys would want to see? Very interested to see what the #AlexMurdaugh jury foreperson has to say this morning when questioned by Justice Toal. This is the juror we heard #BeckyHill was having conversations with the night before the verdict about length of deliberations. Becky told me there would be a verdict “tomorrow.” More to come. @LawCrimeNetwork
