If streamelements shuts down, can someone clearly layout some backups for the following?: Alerts Overlays Chat bot Privacy-safe, low-to-zero cut tipping service I think it would help to make a master list. I don't think we should panic until confirmation comes, but preparing backups is always responsible.

The Indiana Court of Appeals has granted Richard Allen’s request for oral argument. This will be on September 21, 2026 at 10am. I believe this should be live-streamed!

BREAKING: The South Carolina Supreme Court will allow a new trial for Alex Murdaugh. He was convicted three years ago of murdering his wife and son at the family's property in June 2021. The new trial comes as they documented jury tampering and alleged jury rigging at the first trial. Becky Hall, one of the court clerks, reportedly showed sealed evidence photos to journalists, lied about it in court, and used her position to promote a book she wrote about the trial.

It may strategically be advisable to admit one of your witnesses was a bad witness - just not when it’s your only witness and your entire case.

That should be a mistrial and the case should be dismissed with prejudice. The victim saying a defendant offered her $100k to recant cannot be cured. It’s over. And she doesn’t seem to care.
