@Elverys what’s going on?!?!? ordered football boots 10 days ago click and collect and no sign even though they’re showing as in stock in store. Only automated responses to emails. Want to cancel my order and get a refund.

@VirginMediaIE 6 days with no broadband. Have dealt with 8-9 agents with no success. No escalations, no call backs when promised, contradictory information provided as to where the request is - absolute shambles
