@Be_like_legend Take her to a store with someone who will do a fitting. Generic rules: back strap sits straight in line with where it does in the front, if it rides up it's too big on the band size. Center in front sits square on sternum, no spillage. Buy on tightest clasp since they stretch.

@DayDreamThis Not even a saving point, Aces played awful that game - Carter scored zero and was checked out. Transition defense is absolutely terrible for a coach who specializes in 'defense' The 3 all W players who can find their own shot are literally saving her ass every game.

Steph White beats the Aces w/o A'Ja, that is her saving point. What is her other saving point? - is she good at subs? - is she good at defensive strategy per game? - is she good w/ minutes restrictions/injury handling? - you have the player of the month, 3 All W players

@AnsinJr @cc22report They all would be better on read and react - the numbers they're putting up are from having 3 elite scorers and an insane playmaker... also turnovers on too many passes and crap spacing. MHA is also a really good passer if she uses 10% less strength. They'll put up 130+.

I keep hearing over and over "Omg I wish we could just return to the 2024 Post ASG Fever, that was so much fun, we were beating everyone, this Fever team sucks" And yes, I agree, it was fun! But here's a secret and don't tell anyone (since June 1, this year's Fever team has been better than that Fever team in almost every measurable metric) 2024 Post ASB Fever: 9-5 record, 90.9ppg (3rd in the WNBA), 88.4 opp ppg, +2.5 avg margin, 106.1 oRtg, 109.5 dRtg 2026 Fever since June 1: 8-4 record, 94.6ppg (1st in the WNBA), 88.8 opp ppg, +5.8 avg margin, 113.5 oRtg, 108.0 dRtg So by every single statistic this year's Fever team is better than the Post ASB 2024 Fever, especially offensively, sometimes significantly so So why doesn't it feel that way? Some of it is expectation - 2024 came out of nowhere and everyone had pretty much written us off before we suddenly clicked and became absolutely elite whereas people had championship expectations of this group and we came out of the gate relatively flat in May Some of it is the external toxicity/controversy - the AT situation was absolutely brutal and even before that Caitlin was being thrown around like a rag doll, and also we have been on pins and needles worrying about her injury situation which is not fun And some of it frankly has been the psyop we have done to convince ourselves that this Fever team is dysfunctional and beyond repair Am I saying this Fever team is perfect? No. Am I saying the coaching staff is perfect? Obviously not. Am I saying there isn't room for improvement? Absolutely not. It has been well documented by a thousand people including me that there are millions of optimizations yet to be made with this team And that is the scary thing about it! Even before all of those optimizations this team is ALREADY BETTER THAN THE POST ASB 2024 FEVER which is the best the Fever team has ever been! THERE IS GREATNESS HAPPENING BEFORE OUR EYES AND SOME OF YOU ARE MISSING IT So please, I beg, continue to criticize! Absolutely we should want our team to be the best it can be! But let's try to balance those criticisms with an understanding that this team is already ELITE offensively and will only get better as optimizations continue to be made Don't let the criticisms overshadow everything. @cc22report Which is how they played Sunday when everyone came after the CC-less Fever narrative. Their starters looked exhausted after 4 games. Carter produced zero and they were Aja-less. They looked horrible unfortunately.

Ok now that I have had a couple of minutes to process this insane move by the Aces, let's talk about it Chennedy Carter by herself accounted for about 70% of the total bench points scored by the Aces this year - that is not an exaggeration. Not only was she the front runner for 6POTY, she was pretty much the only reliable scorer that bench had. Next best option would be Cheyenne Parker-Tyus at about 20%. This is a bench that already struggled to score for the Aces and now you've taken away 70% of the bench scoring in one move and are replacing it with a rookie who has never seen one single second of game action and who has never scored a single point in the league. I like Pissot a lot but this is a disaster for them I find it interesting that they chose Pissot of all people to go after - it's not like there weren't other options out there. But actually, there may not have been. The trade market for Carter was nonexistent especially after it became evident that Carter was back to her old malcontent ways. No one in the world bought that she was "sick," let alone other GMs who are well aware of her history. And the free agency pool is woefully short of players with any kind of scoring potential, especially frontcourt players. Janiah Barker has been dealing with injury for the Aces leaving the frontcourt even thinner. They needed frontcourt depth that could stretch the floor and provide some outside shooting a la Meg Gustafson last year. Pissot was one of the only players out there that can even attempt to give them that Ultimately, is this going to work out for Vegas? Depends on what you mean. Pissot is a long term developmental piece who can't play defense and who is untested in the WNBA - she is not going to come close to replacing Carter's production. She is, however, going to get some run because the Aces' frontcourt is woeful right now. And for that, I am happy for her. I'm in her corner and it is nice to see her get an opportunity. However, Vegas is a team that heavily, heavily leans on their starters anyway - the starters play about 85% of total team minutes, a number which will only go up now that Carter is out. Compare this to other teams, which play their starters only about 72% of total minutes - a big difference. So ultimately this is going to mean more stress on the starting lineup, an approach that will - perhaps - lead to breakdowns down the stretch. Vegas is still a powerful team, no doubt. That will be true as long as they have A'ja Wilson. But they also are undoubtedly a worse team now than they were yesterday. Quite a bit worse.

@Code_E_Banx It was 4-4 at 6 min into the game and that set the tone. I think Valkyrie rely heavily on 3 pt shooting and that was rough. Their defense very strong though and mystics struggle with high turnovers, their passing is underdeveloped still.

@theistinthought If everyone did this - it would close the gap on the school system failing boys in so many ways. If we were to restart the entire school system, one aspect should be boys starting first grade at 7 instead of 6.

Parents in my area do this thing where they “redshirt” their kids (mainly boys, I think), holding them back from kindergarten for a year so they are bigger and more advanced than classmates when they start school. This is advantageous for sports, academic rank etc. I hate this mentality.

@Ser_Dweeb This. They have a team of solid players that should be able to make a real run if they figure defense out. Their scoring not the problem. They should beat the sparks by 30 without cc and plum. That’s literally why they are contenders.

This is all I will say. If you want Caitlin to win a championship, then them winning without Caitlin should make you happy. Shouldn’t trigger you. Shouldn’t make you hate on the coach or the teammates. Caitlin can’t win a championship by herself. Being mad at the help is odd.

@pacersfeverfan Aces were so bad last night. Shot 20% from three. Also that one fever offense that made like 8 mistakes a lost handle on a layup and still ended in a Sophie 3, Aces were literally no where to be found.

I swear people would watch the game against the Aces and will say the fever play better when the entire game was literally ISO plays.. Aces had no Aja in the paint so they shot 50% of their FGA as 3s cuz no one can drive.. Carter was a no show.. so many DONT UNDERSTAND BALL!

@SportsPatriotUS Basketball is an entertainment industry, efficiency does not equal entertainment. Offensive numbers are objectively worse without CC. The offense is still just a lot of iso and they have good players which makes them contenders. Aces played horribly. Like really badly.

The Fever could win five straight championships playing like they did last night, and they would be back to playing in empty stadiums. 18 assists... a number that would rank last in the WNBA. 84 points... bottom-five scoring output. A bench with the energy of a dead fish. Teams have been winning WNBA championships for nearly 30 years. That never made the league must-watch. I’m here for the player who changed the product, changed the pace, changed the audience, and changed the league. That player is Caitlin Clark.

It's because he's boring. He has all that time and money and all he does is play video games? What "lifestyle" is he exactly talking about? He could use all that free time building something, learning cool hobbies, or at least creating a dynamic social life. Instead he vegetates. And he's surprised she's disgusted by him? Men need to understand: women don't care about money so much as they care about ENERGY. Your ability to make them feel things, take care of things, and make things happen. Money is a proxy for these traits; it is not in itself desirable. The number in your bank account does not matter to women, except insofar as what they believe it means for the above. In reality most of them don't even truly understand finances - they will think you are a loser if you have all of this cash and do nothing interesting with it. The bottom line is with women, you always need to be doing things. They don't like to see stagnant energy. You can have periods of leisure but it needs to be fun leisure - like partying and luxuriating. Not lying around and existing in your head. If this isn't what you want, and you just want to make money so you can focus on playing games or other insular activities, that's fine. But you either better meet one of the rare introverted women who like these kind of things, or you'd better not get married. Because your wife is just going to leave you or cheat on you with someone more interesting while she spends your money.

@Molaau6 The standards are completely reasonable. When you put them into a stat machine, the salary will cancel a lot of younger guys out and make it look bleaker than it is. Look for someone who wants more for themselves and wants to build together with you and God you'll do great!

@problemsthots Problem is their most entertaining players are all guards, and they're just not the most popular guards with only 4 spots available. I actually find Jordin Canada their most entertaining player.

@doctorcorbomite I think she's my most mixed thoughts player. Very skilled and I don't think anybody in the league hustles harder than she does. Which also makes her reckless - but like she's equally reckless with herself if that makes sense.
