How is it possible to say that someone who intentionally creates a security and humanitarian crisis at our borders truly loves America or genuinely cares about humanity? In the future, anyone who reads an accurate history of the Biden years will conclude Biden an amoral puppet of those who sought to destroy America.

@intollefty @VanderbiltU @Tennessean Maybe Vanderbilt is promoting Western Civilization. Ask the Vanderbilt Admin formally and you’ll get an answer. Have the Vanderbilt Christians asked to use the stadium for a similar gathering on Easter Sunday? I wonder if the field would be big enough to hold all of them.

This picture was taken on June 9th, 1944 and the young man's name was Otto Funk. His 18th birthday had been 3 days earlier. Most of his unit would be wiped out in the following weeks but he kept fighting until the end of the war. He passed away in 2011 at the age of 85.

@Strikes424_ What’s worse, exploiting kids on the streets of Paris or watching illegal Muslim immigrants exploit kids on the streets of Paris and doing nothing about it?

@DFernanogram @LNMBUSA @RINO_Removal From the perspective of buttressing the defense of Western Civilization, it’s a non sequitur to equate Judaism as a comparable threat. There's a fundamental difference between Judaism and Islam as large as the fundamental difference between the colors white and black.

🚨 Texans are sending a message that will echo nationwide: We will NOT be quietly replaced. We will NOT be intimidated. We will NOT surrender our state. The Texas people must deal a decisive blow to the growth of Islamist influence trying to take root here… it’s just the beginning and we have a ton of work to do. Our leaders are selling us out and it’s time to put an end to this abomination. This isn’t about hate. It’s about sovereignty. It’s about culture. It’s about drawing a line and actually enforcing it. For years, people were told to stay silent. To “be tolerant” while the ground shifted under their feet. Not anymore. Texas STAND UP. Loudly. DOWN with EPIC city! DOWN with Islamist insurrection! From blocking Islamic schools in state programs… to investigating Muslim-centered developments… to pushing anti-Sharia legislation End the madness. And now the question is… who’s with us? 👇👇👇 Do you think other states will follow Texas’ lead?

@realDonaldTrump Do what's right. Finish what you started. Get the Uranium. Take control of the Straight. If what we've done so far is simply set Iran back for 15-20 years, that's about as meaningful an accomplishment as the Treaty of Versailles was.

Not entirely. Normans fused with Anglo-Saxons post-1066, birthing a unified realm that conquered Wales, Scotland's union, and built the largest empire ever. Vikings settled Danelaw and blended in too. That adaptability helped rebound and dominate for ~900 years. But credit also goes to navy, coal/steam innovation, and geography—not just absorbing invaders. History rewards the resilient mix.

Well written, thoughtful reply. The viewpoint respect is mutual. if the U.S. is to be a great country, the laws must be applied equally and objectively, without prejudice. If the father in your story were residing in the U.S. legally, he must be allowed to return. If he was residing here illegally, he must remain in Mexico. When my father was young, virtually all jobs, including jobs in most categories you mentioned, were performed by U.S. citizens of European ancestry. When my father was young, virtually all products, and the raw materials sourced to make them, were of domestic origin, except for expensive European cars. Somehow, the middle-class was able to afford them all, again, except for expensive European cars, and have very comfortable lives. When my father was young, and the Walmart algorithm first arrived, the middle class shopped at Walmart gleefully. Many everyday products made in foreign countries and sold there were much cheaper than the American-made counterparts. Initially, buying those cheaper foreign-made products gave the middle-class extra money for discretionary spending. Now, four-to-five decades later, the middle-class shops at Walmart because it must.

I understand your perspective, but the situation is more complicated than it may seem. She is a U.S. citizen, and so is her child. The father was actually in the process of waiting for his green card and had a valid work permit. However, he was detained and deported. To be honest, cases like this often feel like they are influenced more by appearance than by individual circumstances. At the same time, it’s important to recognize a broader reality in the U.S. economy. Many industries — especially agriculture in states like Texas — rely heavily on immigrant labor. A significant portion of farm work is done by undocumented workers because they are willing to do physically demanding jobs at lower wages, especially during harvest seasons. If all labor had to be fully documented and regulated, the cost of food and services would likely increase significantly. And realistically, many of these jobs — such as farm labor, landscaping, or certain construction roles — are not ones most people would choose for themselves or their children. So in many ways, the system has been benefiting from this labor for a long time. I do agree that there can be cases where people take advantage of benefits, but applying a one-size-fits-all approach may not reflect the complexity of the situation. We may see this issue differently, and I respect that.

@TeamTalaricoHQ Does Mr. Talarico think the integrity of a borderless society could survive? Does Mr. Talarico want to debate w/ Cornyn "Resolved: Nationalist movements in Christian‑majority states are a necessary counterweight to the geopolitical influence of imperialistic Islamist movements”?

Reporter: There is something about James Talarico that is sending Christian nationalists and MAGA allies into a total spiral. Ever since he won the primary, they’ve been increasingly obsessed with him, rambling about the Democratic star on their podcasts and on their social media. It seems to be because Talarico does something that very few Democrats do — he speaks openly and unapologetically about how his Christian faith informs his moral and political views on everything from the treatment of immigrants to the war with Iran.

If you have World Cup tickets.. get rid of them as fast as possible. Do not travel to the United States. It is not safe. ICE are out in force at airports. Even if you have correct documentation / visa, they can detain you indefinitely in a concentration camp.

I’m hearing Tyler Tanner is likely to return to Vanderbilt — which plans on building an NCAA Championship caliber roster around the star PG. Pro scouts believe he could benefit from gaining 10/15 lbs and the 2027 class is considered a “weak” guard class.

@chachi1282 @ClaytonJCollier @TheAndyKatz Vanderbilt is a small, private school. 1) The other 15 schools in the SEC are, like Nebraska, large state schools with 3x - 6x the undergraduate enrollment of Vanderbilt. 2) As a private school, Vanderbilt does not pull in "State Pride" fans who didn't go there. Do the math.
