Washington admitted he raped her for months and blasted her with a shotgun. He blamed the mother for pouring fire on her, burning half her face off. The girl lost an eye. She lost teeth. She looked dead when family saw her in the hospital. Doctors had to remove her eye and she faces many more surgeries, including rebuilding her mouth. These two demons deserve the worst punishment possible. No mercy for animals who do this to their own child.
