Let’s enhance our literacy skills through a fun activity. Grab a book, choose a character, and create a comic strip showcasing their best adventures. A great wait to practice adding dialogue and captions to students art pieces. @PJLanguageArts

During placement I also encountered fun, creative ways to practice letter formation. One literacy centre used “cloud writing” where we used shaving cream on a baking sheet to practice tracing letters. The students loved the hands on aspect of the activity! @PJLanguageArts

Grammar Flip Books are a great learning tool. Classes can develop Flip Books together and each student can keep a copy at their desks. These books can help students improve their descriptive writing, while also working with their grammar skills. @PJLanguageArts
