@CoreyBCantor @Michael_L_Rauch @CNBC yeah 60% of that article was essentially "new cars have more expensive repair costs, insurance, and weigh more so more tire degradation" — targeted at the boomer and gen X audience getting a new vehicle for the first time in 10+ years. EVs are not unique to any of that.

At the framework level Apple did such a good job with macOS and Rosetta 2 that people barely even noticed an architecture change.
Was it perfect? No. But it was one of the best the computer industry ever saw. Apple really rocks at architecture transitions.

For years Apple was knocking on the door and then exceeding Intel in single threaded benchmarks. Scaling up those cores with more parallel power and higher clocks to even a modest 15W TDP? People who were paying attention saw potential.

@MaxPatten @LinusTech That article has nothing to do with the M1 except that Apple Silicon has always been decent. If you were paying attention, Apple was already a leader in ARM performance back in 2013 with the A7 being one of the first 64-bit ARM SoCs widely available.

Toyota customers are too high IQ to do a 5.99% interest 72 month loan, I hope? God that is a terrible deal on the RAV4.
Model Y had way better lease deals a year ago. Yawn. Great car but this is by no means the cheapest it’s been.

Hi @ionnaofficial , it’s me again. This is the third time I’ve come to your LR station today. All 3 times, there have been multiple Casey’s Employees parked blocking stalls (one of which today is also blocking the ADA stall). And this isn’t a one day occurrence- I’ve been here multiple times since it opened and it’s the same thing. Just wanted to make sure y’all are aware.
