#meetthecurator week 2: Saxons; day 2: Leisure: This bone or antler draughts piece was found at Newington Bagpath, Kingscote and has been part of the collection for over 80 years. Gaming was important in Saxon feasting halls – after the feasting and drinking of course! 🍻🤫
